The Meursault Rouge 2019 from Domaine Coche-Dury is born on the chalky hillsides of Burgundy. This oaked Pinot Noir offers cherry, gentle spices and saline minerality. Supple and lively, it can be cellared until 2030. Perfect with game or porcini mushroom risotto.

Tasting notes for Domaine Coche-Dury Meursault Rouge 2019
To the eye: A deep garnet red robe with a silky, luminous texture, like liquid velvet.
On the nose: Aromas of morello cherry and wild raspberry, followed by a touch of liquorice and a saline hint, reminiscent of the limestone subsoils of Meursault.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish where gentle spices and ripe red fruits intertwine.
Serve between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to bring out its full complexity.
Vintage 2019
A vintage defined by balance, where summer warmth and cool nights preserved the tension and finesse of the Pinot Noir.
- Ageing potential: 10 to 15 years, to be stored under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
