Domaine Coche-Dury Nestled in the heart of Meursault, this family estate has embodied Burgundian excellence for nearly a century. A pursuit of precision where every gesture honors the terroir. - Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, cradle of great Pinot Noir, where minerality expresses itself with rare elegance. - Vinification: Aging in oak barrels, respect for natural cycles and the pursuit of a pure, unadulterated expression. Tasting notes for Domaine Coche-Dury Bourgogne Rouge 2017 To the eye – A deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky density. On the nose – First aromas of black cherries and wild strawberries, followed by a touch of fine smoke, damp undergrowth and a saline hint reminiscent of flint. On the palate – A broad and taut texture, where lively acidity meets chalky tannins, while a persistent minerality carries a long and vibrant, almost saline finish. Serve between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity. Vintage 2017 A vintage marked by early maturity and rare balance, where freshness blends with a harmonious structure. - Aging potential: To enjoy now or to keep for 8 to 10 years in a cool and humid cellar.
