From the marl soils of Corton-Charlemagne, this 2015 Chardonnay from Domaine Coche-Dury captivates with its aromas of lemon and crushed stone. Oaked, it combines minerality and freshness. Ideal with scallops or an aged cheese over 10 to 15 years.

To the eye: A pale yellow robe with golden highlights, of a crystalline clarity and a silky texture in the light.
On the nose: Aromas of candied lemon and tangy lime, followed by a touch of white blossom and a chalky minerality, evoking flint and a subtle salinity.
On the palate: A velvety attack, lively and precise acidity, supported by a deep minerality that stretches into a saline and endless finish of remarkable length.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a white Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
