From the limestone slopes of Corton-Charlemagne, the Grand Cru 2009 from Coche-Dury is a precise and elegant white wine. This oaked Chardonnay reveals notes of citrus, pear and flint, with a mineral tension on the palate. Perfect until 2040, it pairs beautifully with grilled lobster or truffles.
A family estate rooted in Meursault, where exacting standards and patience shape wines of rare precision.
- Terroir : The limestone hillsides of the Côte de Beaune, notably the Corton hill, offer chalky and mineral soils, ideal for Chardonnays of a tensioned elegance.
- Vinification : Aging in oak barrels, with minimal intervention to preserve the purity of the fruit and the mineral signature of the terroir.
