From the limestone soils of Perrières, the Meursault 1er Cru 2013 from Coche-Dury is a precise Chardonnay. Oaked, it offers notes of white fruits and a chalky minerality. The palate, taut and silky, pairs with shellfish and foie gras for 10 to 15 years.

A family estate rooted in the hillsides of Meursault, where the Burgundian heritage is passed down with rare exacting standards.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Meursault Premiers Crus, where the Chardonnay draws its chalky minerality and saline tension.
- Vinification: Aging in oak barrels, with controlled oxidation to reveal the purity of the fruit and the complexity of the terroir.

To the eye: A golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity and a crystalline density.
On the nose: Aromas of Williams pear and white peach, followed by notes of roasted hazelnut and fresh butter, with a saline touch in the background.
On the palate: A smooth and vibrant texture, carried by a precise acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and saline finish.
Serve at 12°C in a Burgundy glass to bring out its full complexity.
