Appearance – A deep, luminous crimson color that already hints at the silky density of a wine shaped by time.
On the nose – Aromas of ripe red fruit, black cherry, and wild blackberry come first, followed by garrigue, thyme, and black pepper, then a saline touch.
On the palate – A velvety texture supported by lively acidity and chalky minerality, with fine tannins extending into a long, smoky finish marked by hints of mulberry and sweet spice.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to release its full range of aromas.
