Mas de Daumas Gassac 2005
Born of the gravelly soils of IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Mas de Daumas Gassac 2005 is a red wine aged in oak barrels. This Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend reveals ripe-fruit and spice notes. Taut and mineral, it is ready to enjoy and ideal with lamb.

- Winemaking: A Médoc-inspired approach, with long maceration and aging in French oak barrels, producing wines that are both rich and precise.

- Appearance: A deep red color with garnet highlights, a silky texture, and chalky density.
- On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberry, blackcurrant, licorice, and cedar, lifted by a mineral touch and a hint of black pepper.
- On the palate: A lively, precise opening, elegant, taut tannins, and saline minerality carrying through to a long, harmonious finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to reveal its full complexity.
