A. Bergère Blanc de Blancs Brut Solera
A family-run house rooted in the Champagne hillsides since the 19th century, A. Bergère carries on a winemaking heritage in which time shapes elegance.
- Terroir: Vineyards spread across the Vallée du Petit Morin, Côte des Blancs and Sézannais, where chalky soils and cooler exposures shape Chardonnays with vibrant minerality.
- Winemaking: The Solera method and barrel fermentation bring measured complexity, with tradition and precision working together without artifice.
Tasting notes for A. Bergère Blanc de Blancs Brut Solera
Appearance – Golden with pale highlights, threaded with a stream of fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose – Lime and bergamot aromas open with lively freshness, followed by notes of white peach and nectarine. A saline touch and discreet hint of toast round out the profile.
Palate – A silky, taut texture, driven by precise acidity that defines its saline minerality; the long, focused finish leaves an impression of crystalline purity.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a slender flute to preserve the finesse of the bubbles.
Non-vintage
A perpetual blend enriched by each successive year, this Solera champagne transcends individual vintages to offer refined consistency, with freshness and complexity in harmonious balance.
- Aging potential: Enjoy now for its liveliness, or store for 3 to 5 years in a cool cellar (12–14°C), away from light, to let its toasted nuances develop.
