Tasting notes for the wine Domaine de Chevalier Chevalier 1985
To the eye – A ruby robe with coppery highlights, of a silky density and crystalline clarity.
On the nose – Aromas of candied black cherry, aged cedar, blonde tobacco and undergrowth, lifted by a saline note and a hint of graphite.
