Tasting notes for Domaine de Saint Pierre Le Dos d’Chat Tout Facile 2023
Appearance: A light, almost translucent red color, blending the Jura’s luminosity with the fluidity of southern wines.
Nose: Aromas of ripe peach and damson plum emerge first, followed by thyme and pine grove notes, before a saline touch evokes Mediterranean sea spray.
Palate: A silky texture supported by lively acidity and chalky minerality, with sweet spices, a hint of pepper and a slightly earthy finish of elegant length.
Serve at 12–14 °C in a medium-sized red wine glass to preserve its freshness and balance.
