An estate rooted in Rablay-sur-Layon, where Chenin Blanc expresses itself with rare purity, guided by a natural philosophy and a deep respect for the terroir.
- Terroir: Soils of red sand and quartz gravel on schist, in Anjou – plateaux where Chenin draws its minerality and tension.
- Winemaking: Non-interventionist method, spontaneous fermentations, aging on lees without added sulphur – for wines that are vibrant, precise and unadulterated.

To the eye: Pale golden robe, of crystalline clarity, with silky highlights that dance in the light.
On the nose: Aromas of hawthorn blossom and crisp green apple, then notes of flint and a saline touch that evokes the Loire breezes.
On the palate: Taut and vibrant texture, carried by lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a saline finish of elegant length.
Serve between 8 and 10°C, in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full purity.

A vintage marked by preserved freshness, where the balance between ripeness and tension gives birth to a wine of great precision.
- Aging potential: To be enjoyed through 2031, store in a cool place away from light.
