Drappier Brut Nature: The Pure Expression of Pinot Noir
Champagne Drappier Brut Nature is an emblematic cuvée from the house of Drappier, based in Urville in the heart of the Côte des Bar region. Renowned for its commitment to sustainable viticulture and low-intervention winemaking, this family-run Champagne house highlights the identity of the Champagne terroir through pure, authentic champagnes.
This Brut Nature, made without dosage, is 100% Pinot Noir, a grape variety emblematic of the region. This no-frills vinification allows the richness of the limestone soils to be fully expressed, resulting in a cuvée of great precision.
To the eye, its golden colour with copper highlights is enhanced by fine, regular bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of green apple, zesty citrus and stone fruit, accompanied by mineral and slightly spicy touches. On the palate, the attack is frank and lively, with good tension and a long finish with saline and brioche notes.
Ideal as an aperitif, this champagne also goes perfectly with oysters, fish ceviche or hard cheeses. It will appeal to lovers of straightforward, chiselled champagnes, offering a pure, intense tasting experience.
