Discover Pierre Paillard Bouzy Grand Cru Les Terres Roses Brut Rosé, an exceptional cuvée from Maison Pierre Paillard, established 8 generations ago in Bouzy, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. This family-run estate cultivates 11 hectares of Grand Cru vines, exploiting a unique terroir to produce elegant, well-balanced champagnes.
This brut rosé champagne is distinguished by a dosage of 0 g/l, offering remarkable freshness and finesse. Its original blend is based on 64% Chardonnay for liveliness and 36% Pinot Noir, including a small proportion of 5% Bouzy Rouge, providing structure and depth. Aged for 2 1/2 years on lees, it develops exceptional aromatic complexity.
To the eye, its pale pink color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, floral aromas of iris and rose intertwine with notes of red berries such as raspberry and redcurrant. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious texture, mineral freshness and a long finish, marked by hints of citrus and wild berries.
