Champagne Eric Rodez Les Beurys 2018, an Ambonnay Grand Cru, is a Blanc de Noirs made entirely from biodynamically grown Pinot Noir. Vinified in oak barrels, it offers citrus, red fruit and spice notes, silky bubbles and a mineral finish. Enjoy through 2030.
A family estate rooted in the heart of Ambonnay, where biodynamics and respect for the terroir shape champagnes of rare authenticity.
- Terroir: The chalky, limestone soils of Ambonnay Grand Cru, a home of Pinot Noir in the Montagne de Reims, give the wines vibrant minerality and elegant structure.
- Winemaking: Aged in small oak barrels without malolactic fermentation to preserve the fruit’s purity and the terroir’s tension.

Appearance – Golden with pale highlights and crystal clarity, with fine, persistent bubbles dancing in silky elegance.
Nose – First, aromas of candied citrus (lemon zest, pink grapefruit), followed by white flowers and cherry blossom, then deeper notes of ripe red fruit, sweet spice and subtle chalky salinity.
Palate – A velvety yet taut texture driven by lively acidity and saline minerality, extending into a long, precise finish where hints of fresh pastry mingle with a touch of mineral tension.
