Since 1757, this family-run Champagne house in Ambonnay has embodied exacting standards for an exceptional terroir and respect for natural cycles.
- Terroir: Chalky soils of the Montagne de Reims, in the Grand Cru of Ambonnay – a distinctive mineral character and characteristic tension.
- Winemaking: Carefully controlled maceration, oak-barrel aging and a blend of reserve wines for harmonious complexity.
