Eric Rodez crafts this Ambonnay Grand Cru from the chalky soils of the Montagne de Reims. A non-vintage blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, aged in oak. Elegant, mineral palate with pear and citrus aromas. Ideal for 5 to 8 years of aging and an excellent match for shellfish.
A family-run Champagne house rooted in the heart of Ambonnay, a Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims, where chalky terroir and biodynamics shape champagnes of rare precision.
- Terroir: The chalky soils of Ambonnay, a Grand Cru in Champagne, from which Pinot Noir and Chardonnay draw distinctive minerality.
- Winemaking: Careful blending, gentle oak aging and Extra Brut dosage produce champagnes that are both taut and silky.
