Franck Pascal Pacifiance Brut Nature
Discover Franck Pascal Pacifiance Brut Nature, a rare cuvée from the Franck Pascal estate in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, in the Marne Valley. A pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in Champagne since 2002, this 7-hectare family estate, run by Franck and Isabelle Pascal, cultivates its vines with profound respect for nature, revealing champagnes of exceptional authenticity.
This Brut Nature champagne stands out for its total absence of dosage (0 g/l), offering striking purity and minerality. Produced using a method inspired by the solera, its blend comprises 57% Pinot Meunier, 38% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay, from parcels over 40 years old, vinified separately and matured for 48 months on lees for a unique complexity.
To the eye, its golden color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, floral, citrus and white fruit aromas intertwine with pastry notes and a hint of spice. On the palate, it reveals a deep, taut and expressive texture, with a dry, fresh and mineral finish. Ideal with seafood or a refined aperitif, this Pacifiance embodies the elegance and biodynamic savoir-faire of Franck Pascal.
