From Saint-Émilion, Château La Gaffelière 2003 (Premier Grand Cru Classé B) is born on clay-limestone soils. A blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc, it seduces with its notes of tobacco, truffle and black cherry, aged in oak barrels. The silky and mineral palate pairs with game and cheese right now.
