An artisanal estate nestled in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, where Champagne’s winemaking heritage meets a biodynamic, minimalist approach.
- Terroir : Small plots in Écueil and Sacy, on chalky and sandy soils, shape wines with vibrant minerality and characteristic tension.
- Winemaking : Slow fermentation in oak barrels without topping up, followed by extended lees aging for a pure, structured expression of the terroir.
