On the nose – Aromas of morello cherry, dried rose and undergrowth evolve toward a hint of licorice and a subtle chalky minerality.
On the palate – A velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and a saline tension, extending into a long and precise finish, where red fruits and soft spices intertwine.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
