Jacques Frédéric Mugnier Chambolle Musigny 1er cru Les Fuées 2011
From the limestone soils of Chambolle-Musigny, the 1er Cru Les Fuées 2011 from Domaine Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier is a Pinot Noir of great finesse. Notes of raspberry, dried flowers and undergrowth, with a taut and mineral palate. To be enjoyed through 2025, it pairs beautifully with red meats and aged cheeses.

Nestled in the heart of the Château de Chambolle-Musigny, this family estate has embodied Burgundian elegance since 1863.
- Terroir: Limestone and marl soils of the Côte de Nuits, the cradle of great Pinot Noir, where the Chambolle-Musigny appellations reveal a unique minerality.
- Vinification: Traditional methods combining respect for the fruit and precision, yielding wines of silky finesse and remarkable tension.

To the eye: Garnet-red robe with tawny highlights, of a velvety and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh raspberry, dried rose petals, followed by a hint of damp undergrowth and a saline touch reminiscent of Burgundian limestone.
On the palate: A silky attack, fine and precise tannins, lively acidity balanced by a chalky minerality, leading to a long and fresh finish.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
