The Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses 2023, signed by Domaine Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier, reveals a unique clay-limestone terroir. This Pinot Noir, sourced from vines over 60 years old, is aged for 18 months in barrels. Notes of cherry, violet and spice, silky palate and vibrant minerality. To be enjoyed until 2035, with duck breast or cheese.

To the eye – a deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, like liquid velvet.
On the nose – aromas of black cherry and fresh raspberry intertwine with notes of violet and faded rose, before giving way to a mineral, almost saline touch, evoking the damp chalk of the hillsides.
On the palate – a lively and precise attack, where the acidic tension meets a dense and chalky texture, carried by tannins of remarkable finesse; the finish, long and saline, leaves an impression of purity and harmony.
Serve at 14-16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness, where freshness and concentration respond to each other with perfect accuracy.
- Aging potential: 15 to 20 years, to be stored under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
