In the glass: a deep garnet red robe, with a silky and luminous texture, heralding a wine that is at once dense and airy.
On the nose: aromas of fresh black cherry, violet and liquorice, followed by a hint of undergrowth and a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: a precise and taut attack, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and harmonious finish where gentle spices and silky tannins intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy glass to fully express its complexity.
