Marc Soyard Tercet HcB 2021 white: a Chardonnay from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, aged in oak barrels. Fresh fruit, flowers and chalky minerality compose its profile. On the palate, it is lively, silky and precise. Perfect from 2025 onwards with oysters or chicken in cream sauce.
Nestled in the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, this family estate embodies the alliance between Burgundian tradition and modern viticulture.
- Terroir : The vines thrive on the clay-limestone soils of the Hautes-Côtes, where altitude and exposure sculpt Chardonnays of a chalky minerality.
- Vinification : A natural approach – indigenous yeasts, ageing in oak barrels – for wines that are precise, taut, and true to their origin.
On the eye: a pale golden robe, with silky clarity, shot through with green highlights.
On the nose: aromas of crisp apple and hawthorn blossom intertwine with notes of candied lemon, before a saline touch comes to underscore the mineral freshness.
On the palate: an elegant texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky tension, extending into a saline and persistent finish.
Serve between 6 °C and 8 °C in a white Burgundy glass to reveal its purity.
A vintage marked by freshness and balance, where the cool nights of the Hautes-Côtes preserved the acidity and tension of the grapes.
- Ageing potential : To be kept until 2030 in a cool cellar (12-14 °C) and away from light.
