Domaine Peyre Rose
Nestled in Saint-Pargoire, this family estate has embodied the Languedoc’s exacting standards since the 1990s, driven by Marlène Soria’s passion.
- Terroir: Stony Languedoc soils, where garrigue and the Mediterranean climate shape wines of rare intensity.
- Winemaking: Organic and biodynamic cultivation and long cellar aging reveal the depth of the grape varieties.

Tasting notes for Domaine Peyre Rose Les Cistes 2015
Appearance – A deep red color with garnet highlights and a silky, dense look.
Nose – Black cherry and wild blackberry aromas, followed by garrigue, black olive and smoky notes, lifted by a saline, woody hint of cedar.
Palate – A fresh, taut opening, fine yet fleshy tannins, chalky minerality and a long finish carried by sweet spices and lasting elegance.
Serve at 15–17 °C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to bring out its full complexity.
2015 vintage
A vintage marked by balance, in which Mediterranean warmth ripened grapes to rare concentration without excess.
- Aging potential: Enjoy through 2035; store in a cool cellar away from light.
