Marc Soyard Tercet Marsannay 2021 rouge, from the chalky soils of Marsannay. This Pinot Noir, aged 18 months in barrels, reveals notes of red fruits and spices – silky texture, elegant tannins and a mineral freshness. Perfect from 2025 with red meats or game.

An estate rooted in the hillsides of Marsannay, where the Burgundian heritage blends with a contemporary approach to terroir.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone and marl soils of the Marsannay appellation, in the Côte de Nuits, where Pinot Noir draws its minerality and freshness.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels for 18 months, for a precise expression and a silky texture, without artifice.

Tasting notes for Marc Soyard Tercet Marsannay 2021
On the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of elegant density and vivid brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of Morello cherry and wild blackberry, followed by a touch of black pepper and a subtle chalky note, like a breath of damp undergrowth.
On the palate: A frank and taut attack, where the freshness of red fruits marries a silky tannic framework, carried by a saline minerality and a persistent finish.
Serve at 16 °C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
