Fabulous restaurant in Mulhouse: cuisine between tradition and creation. A short menu with fresh products, perfectly executed dishes: simple and good! But above all, a wine list with VERY ATTRACTIVE PRICES! You can see for yourself or look at the photos taken of the wine list, but there are really good deals at the table.
For example: Fonsalette 2006 110 euros, Les Tours blanc 2013 32 euros… And that's not just for the Rhône Valley. The prices of Burgundy and Loire wines are also attractive (Bonneau du Martray, Bruno Clair) and also in the Jura (Labet).
Rush to taste wines from great estates that are worth the detour but that you can't always find at reasonable prices on the market!

Discover this restaurant in the heart of Montmartre: an exception to the big tourist traps. The wine list (100% NATURAL) is quite impressive! Let Julie and Jonas guide you to taste atypical estates from Ardèche or elsewhere. Adorable service, terrace in summer, large room upstairs… We enjoy a good convivial atmosphere and a fairly varied menu ranging from razor clams in parsley to grilled beef rib!

Very lovely little restaurant nestled in the heart of Saint-Emilion! A very short menu for delicious market cuisine: broth VS wok, adorable service and a very effective teleportation to Vietnam. And above all, an incredible wine list!
Some examples of wine prices at the table! Faustine 2018 at 35€; Marechale blanc 2016 from Mugnier at 135€; Domaine de la Romanée Conti les petits monts 2018 at 800€.
An excellent restaurant with quite exceptional prices.

Brand new restaurant from the Grand Nord group (La Traversée, Petite Fleur) in Paris's 18th arrondissement. It's stunning bistronomic cuisine in a very pleasant setting, nostalgic atmosphere with an open kitchen and large bay windows.
The menu is short with fresh products. It ranges from small sharing plates to starters, from land to sea for main courses, and a few delicious revisited desserts beautifully conclude the meal.
Swordfish kefta, then chicken vol-au-vent to finish with a revisited lemon tart dessert.
The wine list is mainly natural, aficionados of more traditional wines can turn to a single line (Entre Nous - Côtes du Rhône).
Adorable service, view of the kitchens and the chef's passion as he adds the little sauces from his copper pot at the last moment. A delight!

A Reims institution. The Glue Pot and its magnificent wine list, especially Champagne!
The cuisine is quite hearty and well-prepared, but we mainly come to enjoy Champagne as an aperitif and discover other wines at reasonable prices.
Let Stéphane guide you through his restaurant with its 1970s English pub-style interior, or on the terrace for fine weather on a wide pedestrian avenue.
We were won over by Champagne Suenen Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, followed by a Côte de Beaune Les Pierres Blanches 2020 by Emmanuel Giboulot and a Clos Rougeard 2014! A treat for the taste buds. Several of us had never tasted a Clos Rougeard cuvée, the pope of Loire: what a beautiful experience!

Pure bliss! A magnificent Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant thanks to Thomas Boullault's cuisine.
Sustainable and committed cuisine, come and treat yourself to a magnificent unforgettable dinner (that your wallet won't forget either) at l'Arôme.
The cuisine revolves around magnificent juices and sauces, which remain one of the chef's and his brigade's main concerns.
For dinner, expect 140€ for the aroma menu and 175€ for the signature menu (both excluding drinks). You'll be able to enjoy delicious dishes that change with the seasons. The promise of generous and extremely well-crafted juices and sauces is fulfilled. Langoustines in sauce, ultra-tender lamb in sauce, soufflé with tangerine filling, appetizers with sauce and flavor, it's a real treat: full of finesse and powerful flavors, always well-balanced.
Pibarnon and Weinbach accompanied us well!

A very lovely address in the heart of Brussels. A cozy and warm place in white, blue and dusty pink colors. Fresh and perfectly executed Italian cuisine with a beautiful wine list featuring big names in natural wine such as: Pierre Overnoy, Domaine Ganevat, Nicolas Jacob, Domaine Labet, Patrick Bouju, Yves Peron, Bartolo Mascarello, Giuseppe Rinaldi, Les Bottes Rouges, Vino Di Anna, Petite Nature, Aurelien Lefort, Belluard, Didier Grappe and many others! We feel good there, like at home with good pasta or arancini and a lovely bottle of Gamay signed Benoit Rosenberger: Rat de Cave 2021. The estate is located in Auvergne and this 100% gamay cuvée is excellent! A supple and deep wine, small red fruits enhanced with black pepper and a beautiful minerality typical of Auvergne gamays, all scattered with undergrowth notes: a treat!

Yet another trendy little bistro with a natural wine list and colorful small plates to share.
Jacinthe and Matthieu (JaMat) have therefore created a new spot, typical of Paris's 9th arrondissement, with a short menu that follows the seasons and trends.
A lovely natural wine list to meet the general trend, and we indulge ourselves!

Warm and family atmosphere for this small tapas bar. Aurélien set up this bar with his cousin and has opened 2 others since (Gegeor and Chonbou - for verlan enthusiasts).
At Zincou (we'll test the others later), we find nice cuisine for small savory and sweet sharing plates and an affordable wine list with entry-level offerings from several well-known estates such as Georges Descombes in Beaujolais, or Fabien Jouves, Marcel Deiss, Henri et Gilles Buisson, La Taille au Loups (Jacky Blot), Domaine de l'Ecu, François Villard, Bernard Baudry, Dominique Laurent, Clos du Mont Olivet and many others.
As for the menu, we happily enjoy Royan ravioli, a creamy burrata, a fried Saint Marcellin, sweet potato fries but also a mi-cuit, French toast or a lemon matcha cheesecake.
Perfect for a little evening with friends!
