Wines from the Henri et Gilles Buisson estate: buy at the best price

The Henri & Gilles Buisson estate spans 19 hectares spread across the Côte de Beaune with just over half dedicated to red Burgundy wines. It is farmed organically. The harvest is destemmed at 90%. Regardless of their colour, the wines are aged for 12 months (the Corton Charlemagne up to 18 months) with 10% new oak barrels. They are fined and lightly filtered before bottling. The estate's most qualitative plots are the 3 grand crus of the Corton hill (Rognet, Renardes and Charlemagne), the Pommard Les Petits Noizons, the Volnay premier cru Chanlin, the Saint Romain Sous La Velle and Sous Le Château, and the Meursault 1er cru Chevalières.
