Réserve de La Comtesse 1995, born on the gravels of Pauillac, is the estate's second wine. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this vintage reveals aromas of dark fruits, cedar and spices, a velvety palate and a saline minerality. Ideal until 2030 with meats or cheeses.

In the glass: A deep garnet red robe, with a silky texture and a velvety density.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and wild blackberry, followed by notes of cedar, blonde tobacco and a mineral hint of graphite.
On the palate: A precise attack, carried by elegant tannins and a lively acidity, with a long and saline finish marked by nuances of liquorice and sweet spices.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C — Bordeaux glass to enhance its complexity.

A vintage defined by balance, where the maturity of the grapes allowed the full finesse of the Pauillac terroir to be expressed.
