To the eye: a garnet red robe with tiled reflections, of a velvety density, like a ruby polished by time.
On the nose: first notes of ripe blackcurrant and wild blackberry, followed by a hint of cedar and blonde tobacco, before a saline touch recalls the maritime influence of the terroir.
On the palate: a silky texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long and precise finish, where gentle spices and melted tannins intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
