Tasting notes for Ruppert-Leroy Martin Fontaine Brut Nature R22 2022
Appearance: Pale golden robe with luminous highlights, threaded by a fine and persistent effervescence, like a shower of bubbles over a polished pebble.
On the nose: Aromas of crunchy white fruits (reinette apple, Williams pear), followed by candied citrus and white flowers, all underlined by a chalky touch and a saline breeze.
On the palate: Clean and precise attack, silky texture carried by a lively acidity, then a chalky minerality that stretches into a long, saline, and mouth-watering finish.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a tall flute or a white wine glass to preserve its tension and aromas.
