Triptyque Brut Nature, a Premier Cru Champagne from Villers-Allerand, blends Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grown on sand, chalk and clay. Barrel-aged, it offers citrus and brioche notes and a lively, mineral palate. Ideal with seafood or fresh cheeses.
A family estate rooted in the slopes of the Montagne de Reims, where craftsmanship meets a philosophy of respect for living things.
- Terroir: Premier Cru vineyards in Villers-Allerand, on sandy, chalky and clay soils – a geological mosaic that shapes the cuvées’ mineral and complex character.
- Winemaking: A low-intervention approach, native yeasts, oak-barrel aging and zero dosage for champagnes of expressive purity.
Tasting notes for Timothée Stroebel Triptyque Brut Nature
Appearance – Pale gold with green highlights, a silky texture and fine, persistent bubbles.
On the nose – Aromas of candied citrus (lemon and grapefruit) and white flowers (hawthorn and acacia), followed by notes of toasted brioche and roasted nuts, with a saline, chalky touch.
On the palate – A lively, precise opening; mineral tension balances a creamy texture, while the saline, slightly oxidative finish lingers elegantly.
Serve at 8–10 °C in a champagne flute or white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
Non-vintage
A blended cuvée bringing together several years, including 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, for a balance of freshness and maturity.
- Aging potential: 5 to 8 years; store in a cool place (12–14 °C), away from light.
