Champagne Fleury Fleur de l’Europe Brut Nature comes from the clay-limestone soils of the Côte des Bar and blends 85% Pinot Noir with 15% Chardonnay. Aged in large casks, this Brut Nature offers a saline, silky, mineral palate. Perfect with oysters and seafood.

A family estate rooted in the Côte des Bar since 1895, Fleury combines Champagne tradition with pioneering biodynamic viticulture.

Tasting notes for Fleury Fleur de l’Europe Brut Nature
Appearance: Pale gold with green highlights and a fine, lingering stream of bubbles that dances with understated elegance.
On the nose: Fresh hawthorn and apple blossom give way to ripe pear and delicate citrus, followed by a honeyed touch of brioche that adds depth, all underscored by saline minerality.
On the palate: A lively, saline opening and silky texture carry notes of green apple and chalk into a long, taut finish typical of champagnes with no dosage.
Serve at 8–10 °C in a champagne flute or white wine glass to preserve its freshness and complexity.
