Tasting notes for the wine Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône 2022
To the eye: A deep garnet robe with silky highlights, of a chalky density that heralds a generous substance.
On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and black cherry mingle with notes of fresh thyme, before giving way to a saline touch and a hint of licorice.
On the palate: A velvety texture, driven by a lively acidity and stony minerality, for a long and elegant finish, where a subtle bitterness emerges.
Serve between 16 and 18°C, in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to bring out its complexity.
