To the eye – A garnet red robe of crystalline transparency, where light dances across silky, deep reflections.
On the nose – First an explosion of fresh raspberry and black pepper, followed by a hint of liquorice and undergrowth, before finishing on a subtle smoky saltiness.
On the palate – A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long, precise finish where gentle spices and ripe red fruits intertwine.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness, where the coolness of the nights preserved the tension and purity of the aromas.
