To the eye: a garnet red robe with tawny highlights, of a silky texture and crystalline clarity.
On the nose: aromas of ripe black cherry, dried rose petals, damp undergrowth and black truffle, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of liquorice.
On the palate: a velvety attack, a lively acidity and a chalky minerality that stretch into an enchantingly long finish, where gentle spices and candied fruits intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
