Discover Domaine Léon Derrière l'Église Pinot Noir, an exceptional cuvée from the savoir-faire of Domaine Léon, based in Landreville, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Since 2019, Clément Robert has been perpetuating the family heritage on 8 hectares cultivated biodynamically, bringing to light terroirs of rare authenticity for exceptional champagnes.
This Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature, with no dosage (0 g/l), expresses all the purity and minerality of Pinot Noir. Exclusively made from this grape variety, it comes from the historic "Derrière l'Église" plot, and benefits from a meticulous vinification process: 10 months in barrels, followed by 4 months in steel vats, before a 14-month maturation on lees. This process reveals remarkable depth and complexity.
To the eye, its pale gold color is illuminated by fine bubbles. The nose reveals delicate aromas of raspberry and cherry, subtly blended with chalky minerality and floral nuances. On the palate, its silky texture is combined with dazzling freshness and a saline finish, evoking wet stone and citrus fruit. Perfect as an accompaniment to seafood or an elegant aperitif, this champagne seduces with its assertive character and refinement, a reflection of Domaine Léon's craftsmanship.
