Explore the elegance of Domaine Léon Enchevêtrer Pinot Noir, an exceptional champagne from a family-run estate in Landreville, Côte des Bar, where Clément Robert has been perpetuating ancestral know-how since 2019. This estate, resolutely turned towards biodynamics, cultivates its 8 hectares of vines with passion, highlighting a unique terroir of clay and limestone.
This Blanc de Noirs, made without dosage (Brut Nature), reveals a rare purity and intensity. Made from 100% Pinot Noir from the historic "La Chevétrée" and "La Grande Côte" plots, it is vinified separately for each plot, with 10 months in barrels and 4 months in steel vats, then matured for 14 months on lees. This precise blending guarantees an authentic, mineral expression.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry mingle with notes of undergrowth and damp stone. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, saline freshness and a clean, slightly spicy finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish dishes, this champagne seduces with its depth and assertive character.
