Champagne Fleury Sonate Extra Brut 2014 comes from the clay-limestone soils of the Côte des Bar. A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir, made without sulfur, this champagne offers white-fruit aromas, fine bubbles and chalky minerality. Taut and precise, it pairs with oysters or fish and can be enjoyed through 2030.

Tasting notes for Champagne Fleury Sonate Extra Brut 2014
Appearance: Pale golden color with silky clarity and a fine, persistent stream of bubbles.
Nose: Aromas of crisp green apple and hawthorn blossom, followed by roasted hazelnut and toast, with saline and chalky accents.
Palate: Velvety texture and lively, mineral acidity, carried by an elegant tension that leads to a long, saline finish.
Serve at 10–12 °C in a champagne flute or white-wine glass to appreciate its complexity.
