Robert Fleury Brut Nature 2013 by Champagne Fleury comes from the clay-limestone soils of the Côte des Bar. Blending Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, this barrel-aged champagne offers pear and candied-citrus aromas, chalky minerality and silky bubbles. Ideal with oysters or fine fish.

Tasting notes for Champagne Fleury Robert Fleury Brut Nature 2013
Appearance: Golden with pale highlights, a silky texture and crystal clarity.
On the nose: Ripe pear and tart apple mingle with candied citrus, lifted by a touch of delicate pastry and an almost saline chalky minerality.
On the palate: A lively, taut opening, driven by precise acidity and an elegant structure, unfolds into toasted-spice flavors and a long finish of mineral purity.
Serve at 10–12 °C in a Champagne flute to bring out its full complexity.
