The Jacquesson Avize Champ Caïn 2013, Blanc de Blancs, is born on the chalky hillsides of Avize. This 100% Chardonnay, aged in barrels, reveals a chalky minerality and a vibrant freshness, with aromas of pear and almonds. Ideal for aging, it pairs with oysters and noble fish.
A family house founded in 1798, Jacquesson has embodied Champagne's exacting standards from Dizy. A legacy of precision and respect for the terroir.
- Terroir : Chalky plots of Avize, where the clay-limestone soils sculpt Chardonnays of rare minerality.
- Vinification : Aged in oak barrels and zero dosage for cuvées of taut purity, faithful to their origin.
