- Terroir: Limestone and marl soils of the Côte de Beaune, fully south-facing, conferring on the wines a chalky minerality and a vibrant tension.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels, with a biodynamic approach to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay and reveal the most faithful expression of the terroir.

To the eye: Golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity and a crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe apple, Williams pear, acacia blossom and roasted hazelnut, underlined by a saline touch and a characteristic chalky minerality.
On the palate: Smooth and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a persistent salinity, with a long and precise finish, marked by notes of flint and candied citrus.
Serve at 12°C in a white Burgundy wine glass to enhance its complexity.
