The Domaine Roulot Meursault 1er Cru Perrières 2001, a Chardonnay from the Côte de Beaune, draws its minerality from limestone soils. Notes of citrus and white flowers on the nose, a silky and saline palate. A long finish, ideal with shellfish or cheeses. A wine with excellent ageing potential and many beautiful years ahead.
