This legendary estate, steeped in Champagne tradition, excels in sublimating the terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and Vallée de la Marne.
This brut champagne, with a dosage of 9 g/l, embodies rare generosity and finesse. The complex blend brings together 45% Pinot Noir for structure, 37% Chardonnay for elegance and 18% Pinot Meunier for roundness, blending 131 wines from 12 different vintages, from 2000 to 2015. Aged for 7 years on lees, it achieves exceptional depth.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, candied citrus, gingerbread and almond paste. On the palate, it offers a creamy texture, notes of hazelnut, quince and lemon, with a long, toasty finish.
