- Appearance : A garnet red robe with tawny highlights, dense and silky, betraying a fully achieved ripeness and a velvety texture.
- On the nose : A generous bouquet where notes of wild blackberry, candied blackcurrant, a touch of seasoned cedar and a subtle hint of graphite intertwine, all enveloped in a chalky minerality.
- On the palate : A broad and rounded attack, carried by well-integrated yet present tannins, a lively acidity that brings tension, and a long finish where nuances of blonde tobacco and licorice unfold, supported by a discreet salinity.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its aromas.
