The Château Lafleur 2021, from Pomerol, blends Merlot and Cabernet Franc on clay-gravel soils. Its aromas of black fruits, truffle and pencil precede a mineral palate with firm tannins and vibrant freshness. Ideal with rich dishes, it will improve through 2035.

- Vinification: Precise ageing in oak barrels, respecting the natural balance between power and finesse, without artifice.
Tasting notes for Château Lafleur 2021
To the eye: A deep, dense and luminous garnet robe, heralding a silky texture and a generous structure.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh plums and blackberries intertwine with notes of sharpened pencil, tilled earth and a saline hint of black truffle, carried by a chalky minerality.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, where granular tannins envelop taut black fruits, supported by a vibrant acidity and a long, earthy, saline finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
