The Pétrus 2014, a jewel of Pomerol, is born on soils of swelling black clay. This wine, 96% Merlot, reveals a floral and mineral nose of blackberries, cedar and stones. On the palate, its silky texture and precise tannins offer a mineral elegance. To be enjoyed from 2024 with red meats or game.

Tasting notes for Pétrus 2014
To the eye: A deep red robe with garnet reflections, of a dense and velvety texture, heralding a generous matter.
On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberries and fresh violets, followed by a touch of cedar and graphite, before finishing on a saline and mineral note.
On the palate: A full and silky attack, carried by a lively acidity and a mineral tension, while the fine, tight tannins extend the finish in a harmonious cascade.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
