The nose: Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, wild blackberry, seasoned cedar and blonde tobacco, lifted by a touch of black truffle and a saline hint reminiscent of damp undergrowth.
The palate: A silky, enveloping texture, underpinned by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long, harmonious finish where notes of liquorice and aged leather unfold.
Serve at 16–18 °C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its aromas.
