The François Lamarche Echezeaux 2003, Grand Cru from Burgundy, is born on a clay-limestone terroir. This Pinot Noir, aged in oak barrels, reveals aromas of red fruits and soft spices. On the palate, it combines silkiness and chalky minerality. To be enjoyed until 2028 with game or red meats.

To the eye: a garnet red robe with tawny highlights, of a silky and deep texture.
On the nose: aromas of black cherry, violet and undergrowth evolve towards notes of liquorice and a saline touch, the signature of the chalky terroir.
On the palate: a velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and a taut minerality, concluding with a long and precise finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full purity.
