To the eye: a deep garnet red robe, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a generous substance.
On the nose: aromas of fresh flowers (peony, violet) intertwine with ripe raspberry, menthol, and gentle spices, lifted by a saline and woody touch.
On the palate: an ample and velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and precise finish where cherry and floral notes intermingle.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to bring out its nuances.
